To begin the verification process, I kindly ask for your full name in two places, a clear photo showing your eyes, and information about your occupation. This step is necessary and non-negotiable.
Each new client is requested to fill out the verification form below for approval.
If you don't have a social media presence or business page, please provide a copy of your driver's license or work ID instead. Incomplete submissions, whether through the form, text, or email, unfortunately cannot be considered.
